Town of Wendell NOTICE OF INTENT The Wendell Conservation Commission will hold a virtual Public Hearing under MGL, Ch. 131 @40 of the Wetland Protection Act, and the Wendell Wetlands Protection Bylaw to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Michael Tyrrell of New England Power Company for maintenance and improvements along the A127 Transmission line Right of Way. Work will occur within the existing ROW, and will include structure maintenance, removals and replacements. The Hearing will commence at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom only.
