Town of Warwick Public Hearing Notice In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, the Warwick Conservation Commission herewith gives notice that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, May 12 at 7:30 pm at the Warwick Town Hall, 12 Athol Rd, regarding the filing of a Notice of Intent by Gregory Brodski. The purpose of the project is to erect a 14 ft x 70 ft shed with a solar array on the roof, and to cut 20 trees at 51 Wheeler Rd.
