Town of Shutesbury Conservation Commission INVITATION FOR BIDS The Shutesbury Conservation Commission is accepting bids for the "South Brook/Lake Wyola Conservation Area Trail Repair" project to repair, restore, reroute, and blaze trails and repair wetland crossings in the South Brook Conservation Area (Parcel E-3) and Lake Wyola Town Beach Conservation Area (Parcel B-800). The full Invitation for Bids is available on the Conservation Commission website (https://shutesbury.org/concom) or by writing to the Land Use Clerk, Shutesbury Town Hall, 1 Cooleyville Road, Shutesbury, MA 01072 or emailing landuseclerk@shutesbury.org. The Invitation for Bids includes instructions, required forms, terms and conditions, scope of work, sample contract, prevailing wage schedule, and additional information. The Invitation for Bids will be available until the bid deadline. Bids must be submitted according to the instructions in the Invitation for Bids no later than 12:00pm on June 10, 2026. Award of the contract is subject to the approval of the Conservation Commission and the Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
