Town of Orange Conservation Commission 6 Prospect Street Orange, MA 01364 LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to M.G.L., c 131, s 40, the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, the Orange Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing over Zoom on August 20, 2026 at 6:00 pm on a Notice of Intent filed by Andrea Cutter for the construction of a new 900 sq ft house that was demolished. A new site SAS will be installed in front of the house outside the 100' buffer of the bank of Packard Pond. The existing well will remain in service. The entire lot is within the 200' riverfront of the east branch of Tully River. The entire site will have erosion controls installed at 75 Packard Road, Orange, MA; Assessor's Map 103 Parcel 40.
