Town of Northfield Massachusetts Notice of Public Hearing Northfield Planning Board The Northfield Planning Board, in accordance with the provisions of Northfield Zoning Bylaws and MGL Chapter 40A sec.11, will hold a public hearing on August 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Northfield Town Hall, 69 Main Street, Northfield, MA. The purpose of the public hearing is to review the Special Permit application to allow a shared driveway of 304 Millers Falls Road serving a proposed single-family residence on an undeveloped lot located at 304A Millers Falls Road, Assessors Map 55-D8.3-1. The proposed shared drive is intended to provide access to the new single-family dwelling to be constructed on the referenced parcel. Copies of the application and plans are available at the Town Clerk's Office and on the Town website. Written comments will be accepted at Town Hall until August 11, 2026.
