A subsequent deed in 1913 described, with similar language, and estimated the Small Parcel at two acres in size (Book 595, Page 191). A Complaint to Quiet Title, for declaratory judgment, and for adverse possession of the Property has been filed by W. D. Cowls, Inc., of 323 Amity Street, Amherst, MA, with the Franklin Superior Court at 43 Hope Street, Greenfield, MA ("Complaint"). In the Complaint Cowls seeks to legally establish its ownership of the Property.
