TOWN OF DEERFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION In accordance with MGL C.131, @40, residents of the Town of Deerfield are hereby notified that the Deerfield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on July 23, 2026 at 6 pm to consider an amended Order of Conditions for Bundled Notice of Intent #142-0232 filed by the Town of Deerfield, for various routine roadway maintenance projects to be completed by the Deerfield DPW near wetland resource areas. Copies of the Amended Order of Conditions are on file for public review at the Municipal Offices during office hours and on the town's website at www.deerfieldma.us in the calendar event. Meetings are being held in a hybrid fashion with the opportunity for both in-person attendance and remote participation. The meeting will take place in the Main Meeting Room of the Deerfield Municipal Offices at 8 Conway St. South Deerfield MA 01373. Remote participation noted below.
