TOWN OF DEERFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to the Wetlands Protection Act MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Deerfield Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on December 18, 2025 at 6:00 PM, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Zack Ventrella to see if work depicted on submitted plans for 0 River Road, property identified in the Assessors' records as Map 82, Lot 2 is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act. Copies of the Request for Determination of Applicability documents are on file for public review at the Municipal Offices during office hours and on the town's website at www.deerfieldma.us in the calendar event. Meetings are being held in a hybrid fashion with the opportunity for both in-person attendance and remote participation.
