This is also a hearing for similar editing of subdivision regulations. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as "Pavement - Surfacing" for the project with an estimated value of $681,948.75 will be required. Bid Security from the Contractor in the form of cash, certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check, drawn upon a responsible bank in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be made payable to the City of Greenfield, Massachusetts and shall be enclosed with the bid. Plans, specifications, and proposal forms will be emailed upon request by contacting ian.hodgdon@greenfield-ma.gov or by downloading them from the City's Purchasing Department's webpage at https://greenfield-ma.gov/departments/procurement/current_bid_opportunities.php.
