Town of Buckland Board of Health Public Hearing Notice Revised Tobacco Control Regulations The Buckland Board of Health will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday May 7, 2026 at 6pm. This hearing will be held at Buckland Town Hall, Upstairs Meeting Room, 17 State St. Shelburne Falls for the purpose of discussing revisions to the Town's Tobacco Control regulations. The proposed regulations can be viewed at the Buckland Town Clerk's Office 17 State St in Shelburne Falls during regular business hours Note: there are two separate sets of proposed revised regulations, one includes the Nicotine Free Generational ban on the sale of tobacco and the other does not.
