Town of Ashfield Conservation Commission Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Chapter 131, Section 40, the Ashfield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13th at 7:35 p.m. by Zoom and in person at the Ashfield Town Hall. A Notice of Intent has been filed by Priscilla Allen for the construction of a single-family home, including a new septic and well. The project site is located at 593 Creamery Rd and shown on the Town of Ashfield Assessors Map 7, Lot 6A. The application is on file with the town clerk and is available for public inspection. The project proposes work within the Riverfront Area and Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Bank. The public hearing will be conducted in compliance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law and the public is welcome and encouraged to attend.
