The Town of Orange, Massachusetts, is soliciting proposals for the lease of Town owned property located at the Orange Transfer Station, 100 Jones Street, Orange, MA, for the development, construction, ownership, operation, and maintenance of a solar photovoltaic generation facility. The Town intends to enter into a long term ground lease with a qualified proposer, who shall be responsible for all project development, permitting, financing, construction, interconnection, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
