Adams, Jr., et ux, which land was formerly of the Unitarian Church premises; thence running in a northerly direction along said Adams' easterly boundary two hundred fifteen (215) feet, more or less, to an iron pin at the northeast corner of said Adams land; thence running westerly along the northerly boundary of said Adams land one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to an iron pin approximately twenty (20) feet easterly of Middletown Hill Road; thence running northerly along land now or formerly of James H. Williams in a line twenty (20) feet easterly of said Middletown Hill Road a distance of one hundred seventy-three (173) feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence running easterly along land now or formerly of said James H. Williams four hundred ( 400) feet, more or less, to an iron pin; thence running southerly along land now or formerly of said James H. Williams, an old road and land now believed to be one Patrick Carroll et ux, formerly of Hendry D.
