SHUTESBURY CONSERVATION COMMISSION In accordance with the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, @40 and/or the Town of Shutesbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Shutesbury Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 14 at 7:15pm by remote participation only, for a Notice of Intent (DEP #286-0311) filed by R. Levesque Associates, Inc. for reconstruction of a single-family home and septic system with associated site improvements within the Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands at 36 South Laurel Dr (Parcels A-41 & A-50). The application may be viewed at shutesbury.org/concom. This hearing will be conducted via remote participation only. Instructions for accessing the remote hearing will be listed on the meeting agenda posted at shutesbury.org/calendars at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing.
