NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE Premises: 93 Bacon Street, Orange, MA 01364 By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Collin Crumb to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, and now held by PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, said mortgage dated April 11, 2017 and recorded in the Franklin County Registry of Deeds in Book 7016, Page 172, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans to PennyMac Loan Services, LLC by assignment dated November 25, 2025 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 8572, Page 324; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on May 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: The land with the buildings thereon, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the granted premises, at the intersection of the west line of Bacon Street with the north line of Howe Street; THENCE running westerly in the north line of said Howe Street four (4) rods, two (2) links to a monument; THENCE northerly on land now or formerly of A.G. Clapp eight (8) rods to an iron pin; THENCE westerly on Clapp land two (2) rods, sixteen and one-third (16-1/3) links to an iron pin at land formerly of William H.
