Thoresen and Michael Thoresen to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc., its successors and assigns, dated January 31, 2022, and recorded in Franklin County Registry of Deeds in Book 7943, Page 45, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
