PUBLIC NOTICE Greenfield The Board of License Commissioners has received an application for transfer of an annual all alcohol restaurant on-premises liquor license, from Franklin County Brewing Co Inc dba People's Pint, to be exercised at 24 Federal Street, Greenfield, MA, and for a pledge of license. Description of premises: Approx. 1,950sqft on first floor for dining area, kitchen, restrooms. Approx. 1,290sqft in basement for brewery, bakery and related storage/operational areas. Approximately 3,240 total square feet. Under the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Board of License Commissioners will hold a hearing on the application on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 4:00pm.
