Notice of Public Comment Period The Franklin County Transportation Planning Organization will open a 21-day public review and comment period for the Draft FFY 2027-2031 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP). The draft document is available for review on the FRCOG website at www.frcog.org, or call 413-774-3167 or email jcarolan@frcog.org to request a copy. Comments on the draft update will be accepted from Friday May 1 through Friday May 22, 2026. Comments should be submitted in writing via email to jcarolan@frcog.org or by letter to Jack Carolan, Transportation Planner, Franklin Regional Council of Governments, 12 Olive Street, Suite 2, Greenfield MA 01301.
