TOWN OF ASHFIELD LEGAL NOTICE PLANNING BOARD The Ashfield Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Aug. 3, 2026, at 7:05 p.m., at the request of Mikaela Mennen & Raphael Wolfe of Cummington, MA and Emily & Jason Fiedtkou of Santa Barbara, CA, who seek a Special Permit as required in accordance with the Ashfield Zoning Bylaws Section VI.A.3 to host private retreats, weddings, and community events at property located at 14 South St. (Map 7-4, Lot 26). This hearing will be held in hybrid fashion in the Lower Hall of the Town Hall, 412 Main St., Ashfield.
