Legal Notice Town of Rowe Conservation Commission Notice of Public Meeting Pursuant to Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L.Chapter 131, Section 40), the Rowe Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting to review a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by BSC Group Inc on behalf of the Massachusetts Electric Company (MECO) for the installation or replacement of utility poles and overhead lines associated with the 1019W1 distribution lines along Bear Swamp Road. The meeting will be on May 20th, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Rowe Town Hall Meeting Room located at 321 Zoar Road. This notice is to inform abutters and other interested parties of this meeting.
