General Laws, and Section 3300 and 5134 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at 6:30pm regarding a Special Permit application for 7L East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 107, Lot 29) in Zone DT by applicant North Quabbin Gaming Guild, James Maxwell 7L East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364, and property owner George Georgilas, PO Box 642, Acton, MA 01720 for: community focused business centered on table top gaming, storytelling, creative engagement, professionally run table top/role playing games for all ages; private events; youth outreach programs literacy initiatives. Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extensions of this law which allows virtual meetings until June of 2027 this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section.
