LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF GREENFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c 131, s 40, and the Greenfield Wetlands Protection Ordinance, Chapter 423, the Greenfield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by DVR Greenfield LLC for the construction of a 3-story hotel, detached restaurant, utility connections, stormwater management system, and landscaped parking at 125 Mohawk Trail (Map 46, Lot 21).
