INVITATION FOR BIDS: The Franklin Regional Council of Governments will accept sealed bids on behalf of Participants who are School Districts, Towns, and other non-Profit entities in Western MA for Fire Extinguisher, Alarm and Sprinkler system testing/inspection services from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with the option to extend two additional years. Sealed bids will be accepted until June 8, 2026 at 2pm to FRCOG, 12 Olive St., Ste 2, Greenfield, MA 01301 Attn: Laura Phelps IFB 2026-2187. Repairs and construction are not contemplated as part of this bid and therefore no bonds are required and the bid is per MGL Ch30b.
