INVITATION FOR BIDS: Franklin Regional Council of Governments (FRCOG) will accept sealed bids on behalf of Participants for the supply and delivery of Heating Oil, Diesel, and Gasoline for FY27, July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Sealed bids marked "Heating Oil", "Diesel Bid", or "Gasoline Bid" in the lower left corner of the envelope will be received by FRCOG, 12 Olive Street, Suite 2, Greenfield, MA 01301, until MAY 18, 2026, at 10AM, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Specifications and instructions for all bids are available at https://frcog.org/bids. Multiple contracts will be awarded. Questions are accepted until May 5, 2026, at 4pm.
