INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ORANGE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT (ORE) The Town of Orange, Massachusetts, acting through the Orange Airport Commission, invites sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work in connection with a construction contract at the Orange Municipal Airport, Orange, Massachusetts as follows: CONSTRUCT T-HANGAR The proposed work includes the construction of a 6-Unit T-Hangar Building, two asphalt ramps to serve the building, and civil site work. Procedures regarding bids and the selection of contractors shall be in conformity with the MGL C. 30, Section 39M, and MGL C. 149 as amended to date. Sealed Filed Sub Bids and Sealed Bids for the General Contract must be delivered to the office of the Airport Manager, Orange Municipal Airport, 80 Airport Street, Orange, MA 01364 per times and dates below. Filed Sub Bidders bids are due prior to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 17, 2026 General Contract bids are due prior to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 1, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at bid due date and time.
