Heath Conservation Commission Notice of Public Meeting In accordance with the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, the Heath Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at the Jacobs Road Municipal Center, 18 Jacobs Road in Heath on Thursday April 16, 2026 at 7:00 PM to review a Request for Determination filed by Joshua Giard for clearing and filling work at 126 Taylor Brook Road. Some of the work will be located within the buffer zone of a resource area. The public and interested parties are welcome to attend.
