ADVERTISEMENT FOR INVITATION TO BID PROJECT INFORMATION Greenfield Housing Associates, Inc. invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Renovations to the Winslow Building, located at 9 Wells Street, Greenfield, MA 01301. This project involves comprehensive interior and exterior improvements to a two-building facility comprising 55 single-room occupancy (SRO) apartments. The estimated construction cost is $4,115,000. This is an Electronic Bid (E-Bid) project. All bids must be submitted online via www.ProjectDog.com, using Project Code 871056. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. Bids must be received no later than Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM (local time). A bid deposit equal to 5% of the total bid amount is required. Bids must remain valid for 120 days following submission. PREBID MEETING / SITE VISIT A site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held at The Winslow Building, 9 Wells Street on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Attendance is strongly encouraged.
